The worst blizzard in history caused havoc in America; 9 people killed


 Washington: The United States is currently facing the worst snow storm in its history, which has brought normal life to a standstill and so far 9 people have been reported dead.


According to the World News Agency, the blizzard caused destruction in the US states of Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Kansas. The temperature in these states is predicted to go down to minus 40 degrees.

A total of 9 people died in the continuous snowfall, 5 thousand flights were canceled and 22 thousand were delayed. 13 lakh people lost electricity. States of emergency have been declared in Georgia, North Carolina and New York.

More than 50 cars were destroyed in traffic accidents due to snowfall and two motorcyclists were killed. Similarly, there are reports of the death of around 25 cattle in the farm houses.

Keep in mind that more than 200 million people were affected by the blizzard. On the other hand, this year's Christmas is predicted to be the coldest in Washington DC since 1989 and in New York since 1906.
