According to former president Asif Ali Zardari, the PML-N has a larger representation in the Punjab Assembly and is entitled to the position of Chief Minister.
The former president stated that, in his opinion, there is no difference between Hamza Shehbaz and Bilawal Bhutto; Hamza Shehbaz is equally as important to me as Bilawal Bhutto.
He asserted that the PML-N is entitled to the position of chief minister in Punjab because it has a sizable presence in the Punjab Assembly.
It should be noted that in recent days, news has spread that the former president is actively pursuing the position of Punjab's chief minister and that PPK Hasan Murtaza is one of three candidates who have entered the race.
However, these reports have now been denied.
