The Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed Najam Sethi as its chairman, and Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, has given his approval.
The sources claim that Najam Sethi will soon receive an official announcement regarding his appointment as PCB Chairman.
According to sources, four notifications are anticipated to be made: the cancellation of the 2019 cricket board constitution, the cancellation of the two prime minister nominees for 2019, the cancellation of the third notification, the restoration of the 2014 constitution, and the cancellation of the fourth notification, which will announce a system for running the current board.
Rameez Raja will be replaced as chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board by Najam Sethi.
Earlier this week, the prime minister, Shehbaz Sharif, met with Najam Sethi and decided to nominate him to lead the Pakistan Cricket Board.
